I needed help fast. The cartridge from a red pen was caught in the beater bar of the vacuum cleaner. It was twisted and red ink burst onto the taupe colored carpet. A streak , three feet long and gobs of red ink. I thought the carpet was ruined but called a few emergency cleaning services. Jay answered his phone, advised me on what to do till he got there. He arrived within a few hours and was able to remove the stain completely. What a relief! Great job,great service . He will be back next week for other carpet cleaning and grout cleaning projects.
