Terrible service, tell you anything to sell products

A woman was giving strongly recommendations to buy a manual vacuum for the pool knowing that it is best for SPAs and not for a full vacumm of a above ground pool. She was encoraging to buy a product she knows it is not meant for above grounds pools. When I tried to return as it was not the prodcut I looked for they did not want to return the money in spite of everyone in the store agrreed that the equipment works but not for swimming pools just for spas. They just give misleading inforamtion just to seel the products. I will never return to that place and never recommend anyone to go.
