Basement floor/drain replacement
Our basement renovation is going to be more than we can afford at once, so Mike worked with us to fit our budget and phasing in of the renovation. As a result, his crew dug up our floor, replaced and relocated drains and poured us a nice level floor. All within a shorter timeframe than anticipated. Mike was also quick to respond to any questions or inquiries we had along the way.
I would have given him a 10, but can anyone be perfect? Only gripe I have would be cleanup/restoration. Nothing terrible, but what am I going to do with some old drains and used 2x4 and plywood? I already have a pile of junk building, just wasn't looking forward to having to dispose of more.
We do look forward to calling Sonoma back to do some more/finish the work when our budget permits.
