New Shingles - Owens Corning Duration
Jerry gave a competitive quote and gave us options for snow protection and underlay we accepted. He also advocated Owens Corning Oakridge for its quality and value and provided a clear quote, and sure enough our research confirmed this to be true compared to lesser quality IKO shingles quoted to us by another company at a similar price. We chose to upgrade to Owens Corning Duration instead of Oakridge, of our own accord as we wanted the well reported nail strip design and better colour options for that upgrade. The job was done promptly and on time with no issues, with polite workers who cleaned up and honoured our request to leave room for us to park. I accidentally sent payment 200 more than I should, and the company without me knowing this or asking, sent me a cheque back for that amount.
