Bad service from day 1. Made us come to the showroom with no instructions on what will be done that day. We brought measurements for the room and were told that they weren't accurate (which was incorrect as we double checked after getting home). They knew we wanted a quote but did not go through any finishes or cabinets or anything while in the showroom. Sales person was visibly irritated any time we suggested that we didn't want the setup exactly the way he wanted.
They set another virtual meeting and we went over the details again. Sales person refused to give us a printout of the possible layout and over a month later we have not heard back from them with even a ballpark quote.
They also only handle cabinetry and counters, you will need to hire your own general contractor (or do it yourself) to complete all plumbing, flooring, electrical, paint, backslash. This was not disclosed to us before either of the two meetings.
Highly recommend that you do not use this company for any renovation.
