My furnace has been running unreliably of late. It was serviced on Friday and worked fine until this morning. The house was 65 degrees. Adrian arrived shortly after my distress call and determined that the problem was not the sensor nor the intake pipes, but the pressure switches. He ordered them and said it may take a day or 2 for them to arrive. I then received a call mid-afternoon to see if I was going to be at home as they had located the necessary switches. He was back in a jiffy and quickly installed them. He went out of his way to be friendly and reassuring, even with my dog. I appreciated his skill and determination to have the repair completed ASAP.
