I have been a client for 13 years and never had an issue. When we have had a power disruption, restoration has been a trivial exercise. Recently I had phone line issues and ST suggested I migrate to an Internet connection for a more solid line. The installation changeover was simple, convenient and quite quick. Peter ensured I could use the new system on my phone and at the new keypad before he left. Continues to work the same way, no surprises. Customer Service cares when we need.

Hi Jack. Thanks for taking the time to review your experience with Safetech. Many clients today are eliminating their phone line and need to migrate their alarm connection over to a different communication pathway such as cell or internet. Usually at this time we will install an app on the clients smart phone so that they are able to manage the alarm from their phone.
