An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
After intensive search for the best alarm system company, we have decided to settle with Safe Tech. The first conversation we had with Safe Tech was very impressive as they guided us based on our need. In some cases they have suggested changes to what we were originally looking for, great insight and advice. On top of everything they were generous enough to match competitor’s quotation (cannot go wrong with that). The installers were very punctual, courteous and got the job done without mess, it was very well done. Few weeks after installation, we had accidentally discovered a small glitch into the system, contacted Safe Tech and they stood by until the issue was resolved at no extra charge...great folks...very reliable...two thumbs up.
