Replace an existing alarm system
After dealing with ADT for years, I can't say enough good things about SafeTech.
I cancelled my home phone line which rendered my existing monitoring obsolete. After spending way too much time on the phone talking to literally dozens of different ADT service reps, they told me it would cost $300 plus an extra $8-12/month to upgrade to a GSM monitoring module (after being a customer for 5+ years).
So, I put in a request on the SafeTech website for an estimate, and within hours Sean was in touch with me via both phone and email. We discussed my needs and the existing system to come up with the best solution for my situation (which turned out to be replacing my panel, installing an Internet monitoring module, and the addition of 2 wireless transmitters). Sean was very knowledgeable about the available options and my existing equipment. This was all on a Friday night, after hours, and he booked me for an installation the following Monday.
The technician phoned on Monday to confirm the appointment, and was even able to come ahead of schedule. The installation went smoothly and everything has been working as expected.
The one issue I had was the garage entry did not have an entry delay, but I phoned their Tech Support and they fixed it for me within minutes. Amazing customer service. I wish I would have switched over sooner!
