We requested 3 companies to quote on building us a pool. Robcon was the only company that showed up for the appointment and we accepted their quote. They arrived on time and worked every single day until the pool and landscaping was completed. They were a hard working team. We had a few issues with the pool water until we learn't how to maintain it ourselves. Ray - the owner - answered everyone of my calls within a few hours and had his team at my house a few hours later. The service and support that I have had from Ray and his staff has been exemplary - this company knows how to keep their customers happy. I would recommend Ray and his team to anyone that I know, who wants to build a pool or use their services if they have a pool. It's a pity there are not more companies that know how to service and support their customers like Robcon. I have had my pool for 5 years and have had an issue with the liner...I am getting the same level of service as I did when the pool was built. If I had to build a pool again and I would use Robcon without a doubt.
