After a few bad storms we discovered a leak. Martyn responded immediately and our roof was inspected - and repaired - the same day !

With the heavy rain the city experienced in the last month, our old roof finally gave away and we developed a leak on one of the worst nights of rain. I called four companies the next morning and I have to say that Martyn was the only person that not only promptly answered the phone, but he was ahead of schedule in getting his guy over to assess the damage and then himself coming over and explaining the situation to us. All on the same day.

We liked the fact that he was upfront and honest with the assessment. We knew we had to replace our roof in the next couple of years. He could have patched it up but was honest that it would be cheaper for us in the long run to replace the roof now than spend money on a temporary fix.

Once we decided on replacing the roof, the rest of the process went smoothly right from delivery of the shingles and skip to his team coming and replacing the roof. The work done was neat and professional.

At the end, we are glad that Martyn came through on what turned out to be an unexpected event for us.

I just got the roof redone and from dealing with Martyn to the actual workers and work done, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. There were no hidden surprises as Martyn delivered on all his promises. The actual work was completed on time and professionally.

We have used Martyn’s company for the past 25 years in this house, and they are responsive and reliable and his work has always been of a high quality. Also, its good to know that you are dealing with a local family business whose owner actually lives in Oakville. We feel like we are good neighbours!

For anyone who needs roofing repair or a new roof - Rightway Roofing is the best. They have come out twice in the last month and fixed all 5 of our townhomes for a very competitive price (we all had severe wind damage). Both times they came the very next day which was great.
