With the heavy rain the city experienced in the last month, our old roof finally gave away and we developed a leak on one of the worst nights of rain. I called four companies the next morning and I have to say that Martyn was the only person that not only promptly answered the phone, but he was ahead of schedule in getting his guy over to assess the damage and then himself coming over and explaining the situation to us. All on the same day.
We liked the fact that he was upfront and honest with the assessment. We knew we had to replace our roof in the next couple of years. He could have patched it up but was honest that it would be cheaper for us in the long run to replace the roof now than spend money on a temporary fix.
Once we decided on replacing the roof, the rest of the process went smoothly right from delivery of the shingles and skip to his team coming and replacing the roof. The work done was neat and professional.
At the end, we are glad that Martyn came through on what turned out to be an unexpected event for us.
