I hired Right-Way Roofing Oakville ON to strip old shingles off, replace any rotted plywood and reshingle. The day after I paid him in full, the roof leaked in the foyer upstairs. He attempted to repair this leak, but I had to replace the upstairs damaged drywall. The leaks, including this one, have continued until, with any downpour we were dealing with 4 different areas that had to have buckets to catch the dripping water. The leaks have also destroyed our hardwood floor and we had had enough. We hired another company to reshingle the roof last week and when shingles were removed, we couldn't believe the wood rot underneath -- all this in 6 years since Right Way replaced all the plywood on the roof. There was not a bit of tar paper or metal flashing used by RightWay on our roof. No wonder it leaked.
It is such a relief to have a roof now that won't leak -- everytime we had a downpour, we were running for buckets and towels. Nomore.
