We have used Reliable for 2 years to get rid of a recurring mouse problem. Unlike other companies, their service people looked for and sealed holes in the foundation with steel wool and advised us to seal the basement where they suspected entry. They have a one year guarantee and will come back and re bait as necessary. We found the bait tends to last about 6 months. The service people come within a week of the request.
