Frank at Reliable was wonderful. Called ahead of time to let us know precisely when he would arrive. Friendly, professional service provided. Steve's original quote was accurate. We are very happy with the results; especially the stairs and landings which turned out cleaner then we expected. We highly recommend Reliable Carpet.
