After more than twenty years in our home, we discovered a serious problem with water seepage and moisture in our basement. Our basement is fully finished, which added to the complexity of the situation. Following extensive research and multiple quotes from different waterproofing companies, we decided to put our trust in RCC and we are so glad we did! First, the level of service that we received from Den, the Operations Supervisor, was exceptional. This started from the time of the original assessment and contract negotiations to the last detail of the job and payment collection. Den was patient and very hands-on making sure that everything was done well and we were satisfied. This also included arranging to brace our neighbor’s retaining wall to prevent it from leaning once they removed our adjacent concrete walkway to complete the job.
The crew was exceptional. Darwin, the foreman, was engaged throughout and attentive to every detail. He also communicated with us regularly to explain and advise on certain bespoke elements of the job. The crew worked extremely well together and displayed a high level of pride and enthusiasm for their work. A shout out to Mark and the others for their hard work! In the end, the crew executed a very challenging and complex operation that involved removing a lot of pattern concrete and tunneling underneath our rear balcony. When they were finished, the clean-up job was thorough. Even our neighbors on both sides of our home commented on how well they executed and cleaned-up with little disruption to them.
