Protectron, during my "on the phone" interactions have demonstrated a very knowledgeable and professional response by working through complex problems (conflicts with ExpressVu) furthermore, their updates and advice are very timely. I have had conversations with the Protectron team at local homeshows and being a security professional myself,  I am confident that customers are receiving an excellent service that continues to evolve to meet changes in the threat risks that we face daily!

I like Reliance Protectron. They are a good alarm company. Their customer service gives me peace of mind. I feel really secure knowing that they are just a phone call away.

Reliance Protectron is great. They recently responded to a false alarm in a timely manner. This proves to me that they are taking care of me 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.

So far, I have no complaints about Reliance Protectron. I recommend Reliance Protectron because of the technology provided and monthly cost of monitoring as well as dealing with the head office when it was required.

I've been with Protectron since May. The best thing I like about Protectron so far is that their prices are not very expensive. Their service is also good. I have no complaints.

The qualities I appriciate most from Protectron are their Customer Service, their monitoring of my system, and their reliability. I can take comfort knowing that they will fix my system when something goes wrong.
