I have been a customer since 2001. I am protected with intrusion monitoring and I'm very confident in the service provided. Protectron offers good value, and good service. Staff I have dealt with have been very helpful and knowledgeable.

Here has been my experience with Reliance Protectron: the service is good and the price is fair! Some other companies can charge more that what they charge here. I am happy!

I recommend this company because I have had very good service from them in the past 5 years. I think I would have to have more trouble then I have had, other then the battery being lost in the mail. However, they took care of that, and not at my expense. Much appreciated.

I like the fact that the system is always monitored and action by Reliance Protection is quick. We have the two-way voice option which allows us to connect with the Monitoring centre right away. We are also protected for fire monitoring, one of the most essential live-saving services you can get!

Honestly, we are very satisfied with how things are. The feeling of not worrying about how things are at home when you're not there is nice. We have the interactive services package which so we can control pretty much everything about our security system right from our smarphones. It's pretty convenient to arm and disarm your system remotely - for example if you leave home and forgot to arm your system, you can take care of that while you're on the way to work.

I have been with Reliance Protectron since 2012. We have two-way voice, intrusion, fire and and carbon monoxyde protection, and TeleGARD which is a services that sends text messages whenever the status of the security system changes. It makes my family feel very safe!

I am a satisfied customer and will continue to use Reliance Protectron. Excellent service - did not have to wait for their help. Even to check system when it only required a new battery. Their monthly service bill is comparable to other companies.... and it is Canadian!!
