Priority Plumbing

We had our basement toilet spill waste into our basement over the holidays. We called Priority Plumbing because we had seen our neighbour use them just over the summer so they were top of mind. I am glad I called them first because they had someone there as soon as they could, gave me up front pricing (expensive but no hidden costs) and he did what he had to do to figure out the issue we had including snaking the line, using a camera to look through the drains. Turned out to be a cracked pipe leading to the street from our home (80+ year old pipes) so the next morning the crew was there to fix the problem and we are back up and running.

What was just as impressive for me is that Greg listened to my concerns and talked me through the process and took the time to explain our options and make recommendations. He did not judge my decisions and I felt like a customer throughout the experience not a victom (like I have experienced in the past with some plumbers in Toronto).

Greg Tsakopoulos from Priority Plumbing is one of the cleanest, most competent plumbing contractors I've ever hired. When he became available before the scheduled appointment, his service called and Greg showed up early. He then showed us a number of repair and upgrade options to meet our needs, and he completed his work in line with his original time and cost estimates.

Response time was prompt. Service person was polite and informative. Work was completed to our satisfaction, stoped the rapid leak. Cost was in my opinion quite high for 45 minutes of work. Certainly not the cheepest company in town but efficent.

Contacted, can book online, contacted back right away, next day service as it was not urgent, options and costs for each provided, explained clearly, no pressure, polite, work focused, clean - will definately call them again!

Called to fix a leaking kitchen faucet. They were able to come the same day and did a thorough check of all plumbing. Discovered several potential problems and recommended several alternatives. After discussion and selecting the optimum solution they did a thoroughly workmanlike job, cleaning up afterwards.

We were recommended Priority plumbing a few years ago, and I have been satisfied with the service that we received ..EVERY time!!!! that we have used them, fixing or upgrading taps, sinks toilets ..everything that has to do with water.. Priority fixes it !!

Kosta arrived when IO was told he would. He wore plastic slippers over his shoes to protect my floors (as he said, to honour the home). He did a very neat and complete job. I was com.pletely satisfied

Always a bad feeling when you wash some dishes and the water stays in the sink. Usually a little Drano or a quick plunge cures that but when nothing works you call the professionals. We did that and the Priority Plumbing rep was over within and hour. After a quick inspection he told us it wasn't just a blocked kitchen drain but a blocked main down pipe connected to it. Long story short...their people came the next day, removed and replaced the main pipe, the floor drain and the laundry tub. Tough to argue. They worked half the day and did the job which ended up costing quite a bit, e.g. $4000. I can't complain about the work but the cost seemed quite high. Sure, I could have asked them to just do the down pipe and leave but the floor was already busted up and if there were further problems with the parts undone...it would just cost more later. Drains all work fine so I can't complain about anything other than price and the fact they promised to do a camera scope of the main drain but didn't have the camera with them. My recommendation...get a couple of estimates, even if the water isn't flowing.

In our old house our pipes started leaking a natural thing in a house of that age but a pain and expense to fix we had the guys come in any the were nice great service, hard workers and i felt comfotable with them in my home (it is just me and my daughter) i highly recommend services if you have any plumbing needs and want great service without a huge bill
