They assessed the situtationa and made recommendations for remediation of the damage and did not waste any time getting their crew to work.

I am glad I called them first because they had someone there as soon as they could, gave me up front pricing (expensive but no hidden costs) and he did what he had to do to figure out the issue we had including snaking the line, using a camera to look through the drains. Turned out to be a cracked pipe leading to the street from our home (80+ year old pipes) so the next morning the crew was there to fix the problem and we are back up and running. What was just as impressive for me is that Greg listened to my concerns and talked me through the process and took the time to explain our options and make recommendations. He did not judge my decisions and I felt like a customer throughout the experience not a victom (like I have experienced in the past with some plumbers in Toronto). Use Priority Plumbing if you want exceptional customer service, quality work, and can recognize the value this provides over others. They are not the least expensive but I am confident with the quality of work and guarantee they provide that it will prove to the best value.
