I called them to look at some issues in my home. First off the service guy was 30 min late which I had to wait around.
They quoted me on the work which I wanted to think about and got me by waiving the service call that day if I signed the work order that day, It was Friday and work getting done Monday. I called Monday to let them know my concerns with pricing and changes that needed to get made. I had to cancel the project due to pricing and also the way it was getting done. it will not be code. Chet vents are not code with what they wanted to do. price quoted was 1000.00 plus once change went up another 375.00 dollars. I had to cancel due to the amount and not getting to code after spending this money. I wanted my money back and they refused to give me a penny back. I demanded for President to call me and I was told he wouldn't. I was willing to pay for the original service call which was 50.00 and also for Monday another 50.00 and wanted my 250.00 back and they said i'm getting nothing back, with no work ever done and they say they are highly on customer service and pleasing my customers. I been robbed 350.00 from this company. I don't want to go thru with the work and still demand my money back. I need the 350.00 which was charged on visa. very unfair company for doing this. No one does business like this. unfair unhappy.. and been robbed 350.00 dollars
