I have used Priority a number of times in the past for my appliances. The most recent visit was for my gas range where the igniter and burner both needed to be replaced. The technician Will didn't even need to do the diagnosis since he asked me right away along with an attitude, "what's wrong with it?", and simply confirmed where the problem was after I practically told him what I thought was causing it. The diagnosis for the dishwasher was also requested, and again he was rude when asking the same question "what's wrong with this one?". I have not met a Priority technician as ill-mannered and rude as Will. His attitude and response towards my comment afterwards was both scornful and condescending after telling me what I should have done to avoid a problem.
I decided not to fix the gas range as intended after he quoted me another $2,100+ for parts, labour and taxes.
All the parts cost about $1,000 and take less than a hour to fix. So the labour cost more than $1,100??
