I have mine tankless water heater for three years, and never did any maintenance. I also had concern since the water heater was a bit noisier than when it was new.
Very professional service, from the first call to the end. Service person explain exactly what he was doing. When he took out the motor from the water heater there was a bag that was probably the reason why it was noisier.
After the maintenance my water heater is working like new again. Definitely will call them again.
