Extremely happy with my new purchase from Pratt Homes. The sales team is one of a kind (especially Ramzi). They are always willing to work with you, and answer any questions or concerns you may have (even if it’s after work hours!) Confident in my decision choosing Pratt Homes. You also can’t beat the value. Currently living in a home that was built by Pratt 15 years ago, and I have no regrets purchasing again from this builder.
