The experience with Pratt Homes has been amazing! I've never seen a developer truly take the time to maintain quality customer service with its buyers. During our design appointment they were extremely patient and thorough. Special thanks to Rory and Jess for all your help! Also, shoutouts to Ashley during our PDI she is extremely knowledgeable!
