It was our first time hiring movers so I was extremely apprehensive about the process and what to expect, as I've heard horror stories. We got about 4 or 5 quotes from a few companies I found online but Polanski took the effort to come out and do an estimate in person and answer our questions. Chris was extremely professional and we were impressed from that point on, and through the communication leading up to the day. They offered us a flat rate with a large crew (8) and that made the move extremely easy. Even deciding to move out our appliances last minute was included in the flat fee.
The crew of guys that showed up were all amazing! Extremely friendly, good energy, and they really took charge of the move, with thoughtful questions throughout. They went above and beyond and offered to seal up some boxes that I forgot to tape up, and offered to take things we hadn't even prepared in time and they offered to get it ready and out. I estimated that the move would take about 5-6 hours and they finished in 3 hours.
I repeatedly praised the team to Rafael on how amazing everyone has been and we will be using them again when we move my mother in law later this year. Would 100% recommend them!
