Swimming Pools, Spas & Hot Tubs review in

I ordered a pool liner 4.5 weeks ago and was told it would be in, in 1-2 weeks.... I have had to call almost every week to get the ETA and have been met with snotty and rude associates (except 1) who half the time seem to have no idea whats going on OR they make up excuses!!!
This store is aridiculous excuse for a business!!
Considering Ive called around to other stores and they can have a liner in overnight there is NO reason the biggest pool store in Kingston should have ANY problems!! But they do because theyre incompetent!
