The firm measured our windows, accompanied us to the new window showroom, installed the selected windows, and made good any adjustments requested after the installation. They took great pains to ensure that we were satisfied with their work and the new windows.

The windows they chose were made by Marvin. Performance during and after one winter is excellent.

We bought our very first house about 8 years ago. We hired a cheap roofer ($4,000) to replace the roof, as we were young, and had no idea. The first time it rained after we moved in, we had a leak in our kitchen. We then hired another co to come and fix the issue, they also screwed up the job. They did an excellent job on our roof!

The Walkers did an awesome and professional roofing job, the job when finished was First Class! The surrounding area was clean and put back to its original condition, with no property damage to our lawn or other landscaping.

Before they started, they gave us a very detailed explanation about roofing. They finished within their estimated time and also cleaned up. My flat roof was leaking and needed to be repaired. In the process of getting a couple of quotes I had a chance to compare the various contracts. Greg Walker was very knowledgable and explained the entire process they would be going through as well as why they are doing the job in a way that was different from the other leading competitor. The men doing the work were very conscientious and while they had to leave early on the first day, came back to make sure we were happy. They did miss a small "extra" piece of work, but without being told, came back a couple of days later to finish off the job completely. I was very satisfied with the work done and they overall professionalism

The cost may take you back, but when you fully understand what they do and what you receive, you immediately understand you are dealing with the pros. They are thorough and impecibly organized. You definitely get a sense that customer satisfaction is what they believe in and strive for with every job. All the works on site were presentable and polite. From what we understand they work for the Walkers and are not contractors. They came and went within a few days and everything was as described within our contract and they even went above the call of what we asked for. They pointed out some other exterior and interior issues that we should deal with. Some were fixed by the Walker crew for a minimal charge and some were for free, while others they provided us with recommended contractors that they fully support and stand behind. We have been dealing with the Walkers for the past few years now. We have them come and shovel off our roof each winter, and this year was an exceptionally bad winter. We paniced and called them during the weekend. First thing Monday morning they were on our roof removing the snow. The Walker boys also do a wonderful thing for the community. Each year we support them by putting up their sign on our lawn for their charity drive. We let them put up a sign and they donate to one of their supported charities that I can select from. We have recommended the Walkers to numerous friends who have all had a positive experience with them. You can be rest assured that you are dealing with the best. They are commited to their customer and also to their workers. They provide training to them to ensure they meet all standards. Keep up the great jobs boys.
