We needed to replace our cedar shake roof and called a few roofing companies for quotes. Adam of Penfolds Roofing made an appointment to sit down with us and brought samples of the shingle and product information for us to look over.
Adam was extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable which made it easy for us to make the decision to go with Penfolds. The cost for the quality of roof we received was another deciding factor when compared to what the competition had to offer.
Most of the work was performed while we were away from the home. However on one particular day when we arrived home early we saw the crew hard at work. The amount of debris from the tear off which is placed on tarps around the home to protect the property etc was to be believed, yet by the time the crew left for the day you would never had known that the debris was ever there to begin with. Absolutely outstanding and professional crew.
Any issues or concerns we had during the project were immediately addressed by Adam and Penfolds Roofing to our complete satisfaction. The swift action taken regarding customer satisfaction as well as the quality of work and materials, is why we will choose to go with Penflolds again in the future. Penfolds proved that they are a roofing company you can trust.
