Penfolds Roofing & Solar

We needed to replace our 23 year old cedar shingle roof on our home. I new of Penfolds Roofing and their new rubber shingle product, "Eco Roof" from some recent experience redoing a large roof in a business I'm a partner in. I called to set up an initial meeting and got a prompt reply from my area sales rep. Adam. We set up a time for him to come and meet my wife and I and inspect and measure our existing roof. He got back to us promptly with price quotes and significant information on a variety of roof replacement options and prices that applied to our type of home.
I was pretty sold on the Eco Roof option and after my wife saw the samples and we toured around greater Vancouver to see a number of other homes that had already been done with this type of roof material, she too was convinced and we went ahead and booked the job with Adam.
He explained everything as to the expected schedule for starting and completing the job as well as stayed in touch with us throughout the whole process. The crews (2) arrived as planned, did the job in a very professional, timely and "safe" manner, were very friendly and neat at all times and everything was completed, on time and to my wife's and my complete satisfaction. Our home is relatively large and the roof has a steep pitch with lots of angles and valleys, so having confidence in the abilities of the installation crew was one of my biggest concerns and was what led me to seek out Penfolds in the first place. i was not disappointed, they did a great job. From observing the job done on our home, two of my neighbors on the street went ahead and replaced their aging cedar roofs with the Penfolds Eco Roof. Since completion we have been totally happy with the look of the new roof as well as the confidence in the product to do it's job for us and last a very long time. i have recommended Penfolds to a number of my friends and wish to publicly thank them for a job well done.
