A new roof in Summer of 2022, Penfolds was accurate in their estimate of time of delivery, the workers were punctual, their clean up was fantastic, communication all throughout the process was wonderful!

Our roof had been in need of replacement for quite some time and we had been approached by a less than reputable firm who went up on our roof without permission and carried out a shoddy patch job. I guess they were thinking that if they did enough work we would just go with them. We decided that we wanted reliability and reached out to a friend who highly recommended Penfolds because they had done an excellent roof replacement for them. We decided to go with Penfolds on the basis of that recommendation and we are more than happy that we did. We would recommend Penfolds because of their reliability, quality and professional work!

They were not the cheapest quote nor were they the most expensive but were by far the most thorough, professional and easy to deal with. From securing our leak at the onset, providing a clearly detailed quote, pivoting on the job multiple times when dealing with a very different roof ventilation, wasp nests, bringing in another tradesman in order to change our venting, and referring us to a mason for stone repair on the chimney. ALL the people on their team were excellent. The peace of mind in knowing we have a warranty on this expensive purchase is amazing. This company exceeded my expectations, and I am so happy with the end result. Our black metal roof is stunning.

I was so impressed with the quality and customer service I received from these guys! We had a bunch of leaking from our roof. I contacted Jason who sent out Bert who quickly identified the problem. Darcy came prepared for the job and even though the power went out during the job being done, he continued with the old fashioned hammer and tools. The crew at Penfolds were great to work with during the installation of our Solar Panel System. They were easily available to answer questions when requested and were able to put us in touch with a knowledgeable company to take us through the Canada Greener Homes Grant process.

This is our second time working with Penfolds (they installed a rubber roof on our house in 2018) and their service remains excellent. I would recommend them without hesitation (and have already done so to friends).

We live in an older Vancouver Special and recently completed a renovation of our roof (replaced the existing concrete tile with ZipLok Metal, replaced gutters and downpipes, and replaced two skylights) and was very happy with the level of service provided by Penfolds. Our technical advisor, Hamish, was very knowledgeable and walked us through several options, including showing us physical samples of different roofing materials, in order to help us make the final decision.

IN MAY OF THIS YEAR WE HAVE PENFOLDS ATTEND TO OUR RESIDENCE AND INSTALL 24 EA SOLAR PANELS TO OUR CURRENT ROOF.

THE INSTALL WENT VERY SMOOTHLY AND THE QUALITY OF WORKMAN SHIP WAS AS EXPECTED OF PENFOLDS JUST LIKE THEIR CUSTOMER SALES TEAM AND SERVICE DEPT WE HAVE DEALT WITH OVER THE YEARS.

Penfolds did great work and was very fast. Crew worked incredibly hard and did a great job cleaning up. We are very glad we went with the EcoRoof Rubber Shake, it looks great and will last a long time.
