Ray and Bradley were excellent. They were knowledgeable, pleasant, quiet, and efficient. It takes hours to get a new furnace and A/C installed and they kept me informed at each step. Our old furnace and A/C set-up needed some additional, unexpected tweaking, like replacing the breaker and adding a chimney cap, and all that was done as part of the day's work. Appreciate that the new piping was run along the rafters, out of the way, which was not the case with my old furnace and A/C. Ray even noticed an unrelated plumbing issue in the basement and advised on a quick fix. The new system looks great, and they explained how everything works (new thermostat, humidifier, filters) and left a clean area afterwards. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Would also like to thank salesperson Bill Hube who was well-informed and made cost-efficient suggestions. The whole experience with Peel Heating was great and I will continue to use them for our HVAC needs. Thanks again!
