I hired Invision Hardwood because of Dov. He is very knowledgable and passionate about his work. Although I had an issue with the wood they responded immediately and resolved the issue. The work was completed on time. There are so many wood companies out there but few that have the quality, service and knowledge of Invision Hardwood.

After being referred by a friend, and previous Invision client, we decided to meet them as well and we are glad we did. I’m currently sitting here enjoying our new floors and pretending I’m in a fancy hotel. It looks really great, and we wanted to thank you so much for the awesome job. The guys were a pleasure – all very professional, courteous and thoughtful. They cleaned up very well, and were always conscious of where to store things so they wouldn’t be in the way. Please let them know that we were impressed with both their work and everyone's professionalism.

We met Roy Yonash at the 2013 National Home Show and following visits to the Invision Hardwood & Decor showroom, entered a contract to replace the engineered flooring in our downtown Toronto condo unit. Selecting flooring can be overwhelming given the range of product available. Invision offered numerous samples to try out at home and introduced us to a Kentwood product that I had overlooked, but turned out to be the perfect choice for our space. Our new European plank style floor looks beautiful in both bright day and evening light.

As anyone who has gone through it knows, replacing floors is a major task and Invision was required to be able to work around several large pieces of furniture not removed from the unit. Two highly skilled installers, brothers’ Greg and Derek, were assigned our project and from beginning to end, the work was conducted to an excellent level of professionalism. Working within condominium rules has limitations and Greg and Derek took care to ensure the installation caused minimal disturbance. All aspects of the approximately 1,300 sq ft of flooring removal and installation were completed in a tidy, expedient manner.

Throughout the process of our initial meeting and the weeks of indecision regarding product choice, Roy Yonash was helpful, informative and patient. We are totally pleased with the end result and recommend Invision Hardwood & Decor to future clients considering their services.

We hired Invision Hardwood and Decor to replace the carpet with hardwood flooring in our new home. Dov was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. At our first encounter at their showroom, he gave us many design ideas that would fit with our vision and our current decor. He then took the time to give us thoughtful suggestions at our home. We decided on beautiful natural hickory flooring. The crew came on time every day and every effort was made to ensure that things looked perfect. They always cleaned up after each working day. There were no hidden surprises, and we were well informed throughout the process. After we completed the job, we noted that there was a small crack in one slabs. We contacted Dov, and he came back to replace the piece without hesitation (which by the way was not that straightforward given that all the pieces were already interlocked). We were always reassured that he had our best interests in mind and above all, he wanted us to be happy with the final product. They take great pride in their work and I would highly recommend Invision to anyone looking for flooring solutions and would not hesitate to use them again. I would like to add, that we went to one of their competitors Alliance flooring for a quote. Alliance was a bigger company but they mentioned that they would not even come out to the house without charging us a fee that would only be refunded if we were to go with them.

Invision hardwood did a superb job installing the engineered floors in the house. They came recommended by the GC but I must admit I was a bit reluctant at first. Roy was an amazing 'salesman'...and contrary to the other post that's not a bad thing! He knows how to make customers at ease, is communicative and not pushy. Further, if you have a great product/service it's only fair to let people know. It's always hard to spend money on installation, but I told myself that's where the money needs to go. Great product only looks that way when it's installed correctly. Invision did an awesome job levelling the floor with no transitions. Beautiful! Can you get cheaper? Definitely. Can you get a better job? Definitely not! I would highly recommend these guys....and the pickier you are the more I would recommend them.

Roy gets credit for not only doing a beautiful job on the floors but for his willingness to go the distance to keep his customers happy. My husband and I were going through a rough time with a condominium we had purchased. We wanted to redo the entire place in hardwood but time was limited so we decided to do the two bedrooms to match the existing floor. The job was gorgeous, but during the installation of the floors, the carpets that had been removed kicked up so much dust, we were totally overwhelmed trying to clean up. It's a small thing considering how beautiful the floors were but our stress levels were already off the charts. While we were scrubbing away, Roy called to ask how the job was and I gave him an earful about the amount dust left after the installation. So.......Roy showed up, shop vac in hand ready and more than willing to not only clean up the dust, but also scrape off a mess left by the painters on the mirrored cupboard doors. Stress gone!
This is a company I would not hesitate in recommending. It is a pleasure to have met and dealt with Roy.
