An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Ontario Duct Cleaning Service was outstanding. From the moment I made a call to their office requesting their duct cleaning service, they were polite, helpful and efficient.
How refreshing to have a serviceman like Aiden come to our house. He was running late but had the courtesy to call and let us know. When he arrived he was apologetic and immediately got on with the job in hand. Before starting he went around the house with us to count the air ducts, which we had notified them of in advance, to make sure we had not missed any. We had by one!
Aiden was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. A good ambassador for this company.
We paid a little more than some other companies quoted but this company was well worth the extra and we would highly recommend them to anyone.
