Consumers Choice Home Improvements

This is the second time Consumers Choice is doing work for us. And because of the great first experience, we decided to use them again to replace all the windows in our home, even though the price could have come in a bit cheaper using another company. The ladies [Jeanie] at the office were always helpful with any questions we had. There was a small hiccup with a missing part of the patio, and they got working immediately and quickly sorted out the problem. We were charged a small fee for removal/replacement of the blinds, including the patio shutters. The installers did not have to remove those shutters, and when I called the office, without any running around, they contacted the salesman, who immediately discounted the cost of removing the shutters from the total bill, without any problems. The installers [Bronco & Meisha], worked very hard and diligently installing the windows in 2 1/2 days. There were no dilly-dallying on the job. Took their necessary breaks and then just continued on. They are a pair of hard-working young men, trustworthy and respectful and they did an excellent and thorough job! They took care not to make too much mess and cleaned up afterwards [of course replacing all the windows, the house got dusty, but that is expected]. They answered all the many questions my husband asked, [sometimes the same questions were asked again and again], with patience and respect. They also helped us to clean the outside of all the new windows, and replaced all the blinds properly. Our second experience using Consumers Choice is again a great one and we thank Bronco & Meisha for doing a great job and Consumers Choice for their excellent service and reliability [something that's sometimes missing in the Services Area these days]. Thank you and we will, hands down, certainly use Consumers Choice again if we have to.
