great quality windows. very friendly and knowlegable installers.
but! the person that came to give an estimate for our home was very rude and did not respect the fact that we do not know anything about windows. they did share with us information about government programs for us to save money.

It concerns us greatly, however, that you were not completely satisfied with the sales consultant. Our organization has been in business since 1977 and our sales consultants have represented Consumer’s Choice for an average of 15 years. Generally, they are considered to be professional and courteous in every way.
Consumer’s Choice is constantly striving to improve our service and we can only do this with our customer’s help.
