I bought several windows and a front door from this compagny. The sales service is outstanding but the delivery is an another story. I had many problem with my new front door and the service to correct the problem was very slow. I had to call several time in order to have it finally repair. I will not go back with this compagny because they are not keeping there promises.

There is indeed an outstanding service under the manufacturer’s warrantee that the manufacturer is currently dealing with.
Although it is the responsibility of the manufacturer to attend to the service required, it is Consumer’s Choice’s policy to ensure that all warrantee issues are dealt with on a fair and timely basis and if necessary, we will intervene so that the matter is expedited.
The manufacturer has been attempting to contact the customer to arrange an inspection to no avail. We would appreciate it if Mr. Nadeau called our Service Department as soon as possible.
Historically, the manufacturer, Enersave, provides excellent service and deals with customers’ concerns quickly and efficiently. Having said that, we are closely monitoring this matter.
