We have recently re-done all the windows (15) and doors (2) in our house with Consumers Choice. They were great to work with from the very beginning to the very end. Their salesman was honest and did not attempt to pressure me the way I had been with several other companies. He was helpful and responsive throughout the process and when issues emerged he came up with solutions to ensure that I was satisfied. The installers were also really excellent, cleaned up after themselves and were very trustworthy. It was a big job and they were there early every morning and worked really hard to get it done in time. CC's prices were comparable with other companies, but the product was superior (triple pane glass for the same cost as double pane elsewhere) and the warranty gave me the peace of mind I needed to feel good about spending so much money with this company. I trust that if anything goes wrong with my windows in the future, they will do their best to resolve/fix the issue.
I am very happy with the final outcome and my house looks transformed!
