Basic sewage backup repair beyond contractor's skills
We are sorry to hear that you feel this way about our service. The amount we quoted was reasonable for the work we proposed, which was much larger than you received. As you stated, “the competitor called in technicians to address the sewage damage” meaning they subcontracted the work out. Our team is made of our employees, who are licensed, as we do not subcontract our work out and we expect that you will soon experience the type of service that you paid for.
