Isaac ran the job for New Canadian Drain. He was professional, prompt, clear in his explanations. He put a camera through the drain free of charge and found the clog no where near where I though it was. He had to go through the neighbour's sidewalk, after a major snowstorm, in -15 degree temperatures. It was finished in a day and a half, worksite clean. And Isaac kept to his word, returning two days later to replace y toilet fill mechanism, free of charge. Little things like this ale a huge difference. I've been ripped off before by drain companies; I don't this time. If you war to feel like your work will be done properly, and that your contractor cares about his work and customers, it costs more, but it is the way to go, especially with drains.
