Our Renai stopped working so we had no heat or hot water during a cold snap and James came to the rescue. it had to be replaced because the previous installer had installed it incorectly It was one of the all time best experiences with a trades person, fast, efficient, kind, informative, always available, his team were polite and clean. thank you for everything.
