Our Renai stopped working so we had no heat or hot water during a cold snap and James came to the rescue. it had to be replaced because the previous installer had installed it incorectly It was one of the all time best experiences with a trades person, fast, efficient, kind, informative, always available, his team were polite and clean. thank you for everything. our tenant called and said the lights went out in half the apt. we checked the fuses and could't find the problem. Kiya responded right away, came over and fixed the problem, and came back right away the next day when another problem was discovered, a simple thing, no charge that time. thank you Kiya Kim in Toronto
