I arranged for a plumber to come between 5 - 8
4:00 pm I got a call saying they could come earlier if that was possible and if not, they can come for 5. (Great communication)
Plumber, Rick Phillips, showed up on time, very friendly
Saw the problem we were having, heard me out, offered many suggestions and tips, told me how much it would be upfront, gave no pressure that the work needed to be done immediately, said I could think and call back. We ended up doing the work, he checked and showed me the unclogged sink 3 times. He cleaned everything up and was wonderful. He also gave further tips on how we could prevent this problem in the future. Great service and great experience. This is my second experience with Mr. Rooter with the exact same outcome and I will use them again.
