He scheduled me for an estimate, arrived on-time and explained the intricacies of the project. He started and finished the project when he said he would and didn't leave you waiting like other contractors I've dealt with. He didn't rush you or brush you off when you called or had a question to ask like other contractors. He delivered as promised and this is especially hard to find in any contractor.
