We called Milani plumbing on Saturday July 5th because we noticed that our Hot water tank was leaking .The technician came in an hour to replace it.
Unfortunately he hit our balcony with his truck.We have piece of wood hanging from it.He was apologizing and was proceeding with installing the water tank.I paid him and he left.
Than I noticed that we could not turn water on in one of our bathrooms.I called Milani plumbing they said it has nothing to do with replacing Hot Water tank.
I"n not a plumber but everything was working before and I do not understand why it will not be working suddenly.
I very unhappy with Milani plumbing.Yes they did replace the Hot Water tank very quickly which was great.But on the other side damaged our balcony and now we have no water in one of the bathrooms.
I called them twice but they can not do anything because they do not have manager on over the weekend.
So $1100.75 dollars later damaged balcony and no water in one of the bathrooms.It is not acceptable at all .

The install occurred on July 5th and this review was posted on July 6th. Our senior plumbing manager was out early morning (6:30am) on July 7th and resolved the plumbing issue. A restoration technician arrived on July 8th to address the balcony and has since then been repaired.
Although it is unclear who is at fault for the plumbing issue, we feel that our response time to these concerns was well above the industry norm. It is our mandate to stand behind our work and to be as timely as possible. We can say with confidence that Milani has achieved this.
