Milani Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

I received a quote from Milani for a replacement high efficiency furnace. The sales person was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions honestly. The installation was almost completely smooth except for two details:

1. The installer had some troubles installing my wifi thermostat and tried to convince me to go with a regular thermostat for a lower cost. I told him no and that he should just install the wifi thermostat as I asked. He did so with no problems.

2. The installer forgot to install a chimney liner, which was part of our contract. I called Milani the next day and they sent someone out to fix this with a big apology.

Milani is an honest company, but that doesn't mean that you don't need to check up after them.
