An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We called Milani for a furnace install. First of all I liked that they send a technician (Greg) to give you a free estimate on the furnace and he was a very knowledgeable and professional guy. We had a lot of questions and concerns before he showed up but by the time he left our house, we had no questions and we were very confident about what we wanted.
The installation itself was also performed very professionally. They explained everything to us very clearly regarding the maintenance and emergency shut offs and everything. We are very pleased by the service, all the way from the beginning to the end. Everyone at Milani, customer service reps, dispatchers on the phone and technicians were very nice and professional. We definitely recommend this company.
