Lots of realtors hate him because he's the guy who goes to bat (and court!) to testify on behalf of victims of the leaky condo crisis in this city. Even if the building you're considering is rainscreened, he will tell you about any other water issues that other inspectors may miss, or just won't tell you about out of fear of getting "blackballed" by the realtors.
