Terrible service and questionable business practices. My ventor motor broke down and I called Mckinnon based on my furnace manufacturers website. They charged just for showing up and billed an hour for spending 15 minutes looking at the furnace. They then attempted to gouge on the cost of replacing the part. I called someone else and saved my money.

I am sorry that you had a negative experience with our company. We always explain our pricing when a service call is scheduled so it is always your choice to proceed or not. Our pricing for parts is always competitive but we cannot control other HVAC contractors who want to sell parts at a smaller profit margin.
