Replacement of Water Heater with Tankless
Our rental Water Heater broke down and after multiple service visits from the big rental company with no solution in sight, we called McKinnon based on a referral about how great their services were. We are so delighted! Michael, the owner, made time to see us same day to assess the situation and provide options. It was so refreshing to get expert advice on our options with no upsell, just the facts. Once we made our decision on the unit we wanted, the work started on time and the install services played out exactly as contracted. The install team was friendly, very skilled, they ensured the unit was working properly before they left, and took time to walk us through the settings.
The office staff were also fantastic. They are very pleasant and proactive, and they took care of all the paper work with the rental company. I can't say enough about the McKinnon team. They have deep expertise in heating and cooling and they really understand customer service. I highly recommend McKinnon and will definitely use them again in the future.
